PRE-TREATMENT PRODUCTS

Paint adhesion and corrosion resistance on strip metal can only be achieved through chemical conditioning of the metal surface, prior to coil coating.

For this, we have a series of trivalent & hexavalent pre-treatment chemicals -  “CONDORCOAT” which helps in excellent paint adhesion and corrosion resistance. It is used for the conversion of hot dip galvanized substrates as well as for electrogalvanized material.

Features of our ‘CONDORCOAT’ Pre-Treatment Products :

• Allows the conversion of the metallic substrate into a coating made of complex oxides totally amorphous

• Inhibits the corrosion, increases adhesion and life of the laminates and of the surface finishing

• Provides a great bond between the base metal and the paint
